I think this month is cursed. It's been the worst ever. I've been a complete emotional wreck. Well, a few days ago, I had some problems. Not only was I incredibly angry that day, but my tuck somehow weent so wrong the parasite downstairs came out the side of my panties and dangled down past the edge of my skirt as I was bent over picking things up off the floor. That incensed me to the point where , when it got hard in the shower, I attacked it and cut it with my razor. The thing is , every time that happens now I have the urge to cut it again. What should I do?
It's a puzzle, because technically I'm still not alive.

Hon,

You don't have a penis hanging there, you have your neo-vagina. Cutting it will only damage your vagina. So don't!

Your erections etc will disappear once you are on HRT.

Next time, instead of cutting get some ice cubes!

You are young & have a long life ahead of you. Do not do anything to harm your self. Yes I or we all know how unpleasant it is to have extra stuff down there. In my younger years I had a razor ready so many time to slice away those 2 nasty things causing me trouble. But understand that you will need that extra skin to use for a nice pleasant vagina one day. So try & relax as best you can then move forward in life to become a nice attractive complete woman. Be smart with your life, not stupid even though I know it's tough. Take care.
mtF, mid 50's, always a girl since childhood, HRT (Spiro, E & Fin.) since 8-13. Hormone levels are t at 12 & estrogen at 186. Face lift & eye lid surgery in 2014. Abdominoplasty/tummy tuck & some facial surgery May, 2015. Life is good for me. Love long nails & handsome men! Hopeful for my GRS & a nice normal depth vagina maybe by late summer. 5' 8", 180 pounds, 14 dress size, size 9.5 shoes. I'm kind of an elegant woman & like everything pink, nice & neet. Love my nails & classic Revlon Red. Moving back to Florida, so excited but so much work moving

Please do not harm yourself

I know sometimes it can be very tempting especially if your tuck falls out in a public setting

But rather than reacting, try taking a pro-active approach

You might be considering SRS in the future and will need a certain amount of that tissue, I would imagine that you would not want to complicate your surgery by damaging the necessary tissue needed

Don't, don't, don't do it!  No matter what the problem is, self-destructive acts are never the answer.  Your post indicates a high level of dysphoria.  Get some help in dealing with the dysphoria.  Don't try to deal with it with a razor blade in the shower.

Just something I found to help, (well there you have it, I always thought that there was something wacky about that child) is various local anaesthetics. you have to be careful how much/how often you apply it, but solarcaine and Soov spray would be my favourites for getting rid of sensation down there. Ymmv,  but numbing can make the little alien at least feel less a part of your body. Most chemists/pharmacies will have a topical anaesthetic section, e.g. in the sunblock and sports bandage sections. Anything ending with 'caine' as the active ingredient is usually a pretty good bet, but stay away from dencorub and similar unless you're feeling particularly masochistic....

Dysphoria sucks and that's something we all know. But harming yourself do it much worse. The pain and everything. So I would recommend you to talk with a gender therapist, maybe he or she can help you.

This may sound a bit cheesy, but it's anyway a tips. Grow your down stair hair so long as possible, so your genitalia isn't that visible. If your hair is light down there, you may color the hair. I may sound ridiculous... Anyway, if you has some colors, you would maybe focus more at the colored hair than the genitalia. If you has dysphoria by peeing, I recommend you to sit down and pee. Then you don't have to touch it too much. Sorry, I have no tips when you become hard.

(I know I have weird ideas. But I really hope it helps. Growth the long hair thing helps for me)
