Hi everyone! I started HRT one year ago,now I am 31, but as a boy I used to be a bodybuilder. My muscle mass has decreased since then, but for the last 8 months it seems to get stagnated. I would like to lose much more muscle, mainly in arms, shoulders, backs and breast. Does anyone here who had the same experience could explain me if muscle tissue simply vanishes off when not estimulated? I wouldnt like to undergo any severe diet cause I am still weighlifting, but only legs and buttocks.
Besides, I got a breast implant 5 months ago, but the format didnt get what I expected. As I am 89cm of chest (circunference), and my breast cirfunference got 105 cm... they are too aside from each other and the nipples are approached to the bottom, in a down angle. Will it change along the years, due to the loss of muscle mass? I am afraid of dont getting rid of all this muscle for the rest of my life. I Pass enough as a woman, but a weightlifter one. I am tired of jokes like "I wouldnt make you mad cause a punch from you must really hurt". I want to get a more softer feminine figure.

Help me please!

You might talk with your doc about hrt.
For feminization many endos strive for levels of estrogen of 200pg/ml or above and for testo below 60ng/dl.
This might help build down some muscle mass.
Additionally you might do some exercises daily which do not build up muscles but help a well toned body...
like walking, bycicling, etc ... maybe half an hour a day.

A more vegetarian diet might help.
If you look at vegetarians they are often more of the lean but well toned body type.
Meaning having a healthy variety of fruit and vegetables ... maybe home cooking instead of canned meals...
and maybe from organic sources...
