Moving to injections... Help?

I apologize for continuing this thread, I hope it's not a complete pain.

Is it normal for the site to burn as well? It's been well 8 hours since the injection. It has to just be the reaction to the oil. I'm going to make an appt with them as soon as possible. It's actually throbbing- I can deal with pain, that's not the issue, it's that I hope it's not a sign of something worse. I know that the needle was clean, the site was sterilized, what was in the injection, etc.

I'm sure it's nothing. I'll see how I feel tomorrow. Is this something that happens? I hope so.

I used to get really bad bruising like in the beginning. I have really sensitive skin and bruise easily so it was only expected in my case. I think the worst one I got lasted a week. Make sure to massage the injection site like immediately after, this helps a lot with negating that potential soreness later.

Thanks, I'm actually feeling loads better. So happy not to see a gaping red spot on the injection site, and my throat is a lot better. I contacted my doctor and she said that it might be the oil. I know that I'm at least sensitive to it when I consume it, so maybe it's that. I'd feel better if it was just the pain and not throat problems, but I have the strongest feeling it's just the oil.
