It's the estrogen, it always makes us feel better.

I have finally made an appointment to see the Endo on the 9th May, so that i can finally start HRT. I cant wait. And secondly, since i finally decided to transition, i cant believe how motivated i feel to improve myself, physically and mentally. I go exercising every day, on a great diet and losing tons of weight. Thirdly, i am no longer afraid to transition. Fourthly, i am doing girly things to myself, growing my hair and nails, pierced my ears and i dont seem to care if anyone happens to ask me, why?

Well I'm about 1/2 way through planting my garden. The strawberries look great. Beautiful cool day for gardening. So far I have not broken a nail so that's so nice. I may join my local Garden Club next year, these local ladies really know how to grow things, I'd fit in very well with them, love pretty flowers & plants.

I got a letter from my GIC today! They still know I exist hurrrayyy.

Had to fill in some paperwork to send it back, and I'll likely be seen near the end of the year. On the bright side it seems my NHS details got updated during the wait (I changed name last year) so I don't need to send them my deed poll or anything.

My garden looks nice if I do say so myself, lots of strawberries, tomato plant, peppers, onions, watermellons, cantaloupes & pumpkin. Not too big, just right. Appts Monday, dental block shots, 2 hours of electro on upper & lower lips. It sure is nice when the entire area is dead. My lady can just kill away I do not feel a thing, Happy Dance. Maybe soon a new endro doc for a pellet implant, that will be so nice to forget all these pills & patches. Life is good I guess if one broken nail will just grow out, uggg, it broke way back from the front edge.

The place I go to for electrolysis just got a new machine. It gradually increases intensity instead of an all at once burst. The pain was so much less. :)

This is backwards from what probably 99% of people here would say....

My dysphoria is back.

I had been doubting everything for about 10 days now since I had not felt anything.  My understanding was that Spironolactone alone wouldn't do much for it but I was concerned that I was going too far. But Yesterday and today it's almost back.  Believe it or not it's like an old friend telling me, keep going you're not there/done yet.

Off to see my plastic surgeon, electrolysis lady & podiatrist today. It's a lot of work to look pretty but so worth it to me.

OMG, that was so easy, dental block shots, then 2 hours of very pleasant electrolysis work. My lady does a great job & my face is looking so much nicer. Happy Dance.

Pineapple juice, lemon juice, three blackberries and a shot of over proof white rum. New socks. Not much else. The rest of the day was unpleasant.
April 22, 2015, the day of my first face to face pass in gender neutral clothes and no makeup. It may be months to the next one, but I'm good with that!

Being transgender is just a phase. It hardly ever starts before conception and always ends promptly at death.

I dread any kind of place where I'm required to show any form of ID or when my legal name comes into question.

I went to the pharmacy today and I was afraid to because my prescription has my male name on it... I'm afraid of it outing me because I'm full-time and I imagine getting "clocked" being devastating. Well, after I left my prescription behind and ordered my hormones, I later got a call from the guy who attended me at the pharmacy, and he asked if I was the lady who'd been there earlier =P I was relieved that even though I had a male name on my prescription, he didn't really associate it with me and probably assumed I might just be buying meds for someone else... I guess my old name isn't mine anymore =P

My new therapist is funny, she makes "house calls". Yes she travels to schools & since I only live 2 miles from one that she visits she will drop by to chit chat Thursday. She is skinny as a rail, her birthday is Saturday & I'm going to bake her a pretty birthday cake. That will be fun.
