I happen to own this exact model and though I have zero experience with artificially inseminating anyone with it, I can disclose some honest insights in general.
The material of the product itself is substantially 'squishier' than either my girlfriend or I had anticipated. It *feels* nice (in terms of texture and realism) but I've personally found that it renders it a bit unwieldy in the sack. Another issue that I encountered is that the way its designed makes it so that, even with a tight harness or briefs, it pulls away from my body as I'm attempting to pull back and thrust back into her. She has remarked several times that it 'feels like it's not moving much' even though I feel like I'm most certainly going to fall out with my amount of movement. It's also EXTREMELY girthy--very difficult to pack with as it always seems/feels semi erect and thick--and will require Trojan Magnums. A standard sized condom really, really strangles it and is a chore to put on, especially in the heat of the moment. It's a weighty piece, too, which adds to its unwieldiness.
It does come with a bendable rod that you insert into it for sex. Supposedly, you can also leave it in to position it for packing, but it just makes that process even more challenging. Anyway, the rod is a solid unit and blocks the 'urethral' opening completely when inserted thus rendering it impossible to fit an additional tubing for semen. Without the rod inserted, the issue then becomes the solidity of the piece. It's far, far too squishy for a successful insertion without the rod and, honestly, the material of the tubing would have to be incredibly rigid in and of itself just to be (painfully) fed through this thing. Additionally, it was expressed very clearly that the acidity of vaginal secretions would ruin the paint job and that condoms were a necessity.
I also can't figure out whether I'm shaped ridiculously or the pleasure slide for the user is just in a really terrible spot, but I never felt anything.
All that being said, it's currently sitting in my drawer and has been for some time. I had more than enough of an issue with the thing just attempting to use it for sex/packing without anything logistically difficult thrown into the mix like artificial insemination.
I looked at the appearance of the other one and I do agree that it looks ridiculous. However, I honestly think you should save your money and pass on the FreeTom prosthetic. I waited on edge for months for this thing and was disappointed as hell.
