My girls have grown to a small B cup but seem to be stalled. I'm just wondering what breast growth most of you have enjoyed? For myself I've been on HRT for over 2 years & my body has improved quite a bit. I'd sure love natural larger breasts & not have to have more plastic surgery for implants. I've already had facelifts, eye lid work, lipo & tummy tuck surgery....Thanks for sharing your real life experience.
mtF, mid 50's, always a girl since childhood, HRT (Spiro, E & Fin.) since 8-13. Hormone levels are t at 12 & estrogen at 186. Face lift & eye lid surgery in 2014. Abdominoplasty/tummy tuck & some facial surgery May, 2015. Life is good for me. Love long nails & handsome men! Hopeful for my GRS & a nice normal depth vagina maybe by late summer. 5' 8", 180 pounds, 14 dress size, size 9.5 shoes. I'm kind of an elegant woman & like everything pink, nice & neet. Love my nails & classic Revlon Red. Moving back to Florida, so excited but so much work moving

I cant really relate.  I had 550cc implants after my 4th month on hormones.  I love em.  I did it early because i personally know many transwoman in real life and for exemple just 1 on 9 did end with natural C cup ( not overweighted). So when i realised that, i went for the surgery knowing that i will not growth more then 1-2 cup after . I was A cup and upgraded to C+  ( using US system)  , add 1-2 cup i might end with DD and this is what i wish for. If anyone is going for the same thing as me.  BE SURE to have a nice surgeon . So much can happen, i had no complication and havent lost any sensitivity. Only accept undermuscle implants  if you want natural looking breast . You arent done growing and if its done undermuscle, it will only add size to your natural growth and it will continue to growth normally.

Have you considered seeing your doctor for a change in your hormones? Perhaps adding progesterone might help or increasing estrogen.
I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience

It depend on my weight a lot and on my diet. At my thinnest they are B. When i pack weight it seem to go in my breast first and I end up with nearly a C.

Personnaly, there is some food that make them fill my C temporary when eaten in big amount. It's only temporary (kinda like they retained more water for a short time.)

I'm around 38DD, though I'm also not skinny, which helps (female breasts are about 2/3 fat on average). It took me about 5 years to get to the final size, though, and for the last couple years it was a very gradual fat redistribution thing. It's normal to have rapid breast tissue growth and then no *apparent* changes for a while as the body adds small amounts of padding, because fat redistribution is slow.

I'd say wait a little more if you don't want to do the surgery route.

If you aren't taking it already you might be able to ask your endo about Progesterone as I see plenty of people saying it aids further development that E alone might not manage.

Best of luck with it though, growth can take years considering we follow the same development as a GG.

EDIT: Sorry forgot to include this bit. You asked how we are doing as well.. I've only been on it for 3 3/4 months so not the best source of info right now but I'm currently A so no idea where I'll end up. Hoping for a C personally.

(female breasts are about 2/3 fat on average)

2/3 would be 66.67% fat.

Ann Anat. 2002 Mar;184(2):181-4.

"The percentage of fat volume in the total breast volume varied from 7 to 56% and the percentage of fat weight in the total breast weight varied from 3.6 to 37.6%. This great variability in the respective proportions of fat and glands in the evaluated specimens was not significantly correlated to age and body mass index."

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Breast

"the milk-glands-to-fat ratio is 2:1 in a lactating woman, and 1:1 in a non-lactating woman."

Hence, 33.33 - 50 % fat.

Mine had a growth spurt 9 yrs into HRT because of a change in hormones. Breast undergo changes throughout one's life due to several factors.

Especially gravity! That's why I'm glad I'm a late bloomer. I have a 54 year old male body with the breasts of a 14 year old girl.  ;)

Through natural growth, I got a set of 36D's. (started HRT at 21) From a genetics point of view (as this does effect breast growth), I come from a family of large breasted women, mostly all in DD and DDD region, only my mother has D's (34D), so technically I am bigger than her.

When you have bigger breasts, a good bra is important. I always wear a bra, besides when I am in my pj's.

Breast enhancement surgery, well I have never really considered it due to my natural size. Maybe when I am older, and gravity starts to kick in, i may go for surgery to firm things up a bit and then may go up a cup size to DD.
Enjoying ride the hormones are giving me... finally becoming the woman I always knew I was

Thanks. Natural would be nice but I'm going to let my plastic surgeon advise me. This should be simple surgery compared to all the surgery I've already had. Some full C cups would be so nice......

I think I have a solid a-cup or very small b-cup. But because of my protruding sternum, both sides of my chest are slightly angled instead of flat so my breasts are growing at an angle instead of forward making them appear smaller. After 5 years have passed of being on hormones, I'll look into breast augmentation.

I sure know the feeling, uggg. Years on HRT & not much breasts have developed, darn. I'm going to go ahead with implants some time this summer......I guess it's the only solution. Good luck to you.

Females often have a growth of one breast size or more during pregnancy.
Its usually permanent.
During pregnancy levels of estrogen and bioidentical progesterone are very well in the female range, without adverse effects.
This is considered safe only with implants and injections.
This is a strategy an endo can look up and it could be discussed and tried. Kind of a last effort before a BA.
