Disgusted that this is going on in my country with my tax money, by a President who claims to care about LGBT issues.
Have you read my short story The Eve of Triumph?

America where we mistreat prisoners, have the worst health and education in the developed world, and are passing laws that blatantly discriminate against specific classes of people.  We feed our dogs more healthy food than we feed our children.

And yet the majority of Americans still believe we are special and a light on the hill for all to emulate.

It's time to wake up, take off the blinders and see the world as it really is.
