Storage for hormones?

Not sure if this matters but just figured I would ask. So I keep my hormones in my room in room temperature in my dresser but one day I left them on a table by my heater I don't this a few times and not sure if that was a mistake because I don't know if heat can damage the potency of the pills? I take it in pill form the pills don't look or seem any different? Does anyone have an opinion on this or have any knowledge about this?

It's not good for them to get to hot, but it shouldn't be a problem. It's not best for them.

Had not thought about this, but We don't run A/C very often in the summer.  The house gets into the 80's F/upper20's C.  Should i store Injectable estradiol in the fridge?

Thanks for the responses I store them somewhere else now. I'm gonna try to not worry I haven't seen any negative effects my refill is in 12 days.

PJ I'm not sure about the injectables but I know the patches should be in like room temperature. The fridge may be too cold but you might be able to it the fridge isn't that Cold

My pharmacy advises against storing it in the fridge, probably because of the risk of crystallization but it's apparently reversible and if dissolved in vegetable oil, oil will thaw at room temperature too. But, waiting for it to come back to its original form can be inconvenient.

I don't think those room temperatures will be harmful to the formulation. Estradiol valerate apparently doesn't even decompose at melting temperatures of 143-150 degrees Celsius. So, continue doing as you did. No worries.

They say to store it below 25 degrees but not in the fridge.

Maybe in a drawer or a box where no direct sunshine is ?

Some people recommend to warm the syringe with hands for a few moments so the injected fluid reaches body temperature.
It might help avoid pains.

Just don't touch the needle because of bacteria.

Sunlight is indeed harmful but here and there, is ok.

Yes. No need to draw the liquid into the syringe in the dark 

But direct sunlight over longer periods should be avoided.
