info about alcohol and estradiol interaction

I don't know about the scorces of info in this link but I haven't found it anywhere else, but it sound plausible and important if you like a drink. That the consuption of relativly small amounts of alcohol can substantially increase the circulating levels of estradiol in the blood stream. Now in combination with taking your oral meds sublingually to spare the liver one could inocently overdose on your prescription amount.

Bioidentical estradiol (CAS 50-28-2 / C18H24O2) is practically insoluble in water, but soluble in ethanol, acetone, dioxane, chloroform, and sparingly soluble in vegetable oils. Because of this, ingesting it with alcohol—in which it does dissolve—may indeed speed up and/or increase absorption through the intestines.

When taken sublingually the amount that passes into and through the intestines is smaller, so there is less for the alcohol to dissolve. However, as some will inevitably also be swallowed, consuming alcohol before this portion has been absorbed or passed through may also speed up the intestinal absorption process. Even so the usually prescribed quantities of bioidentical estradiol are conservative enough to be unlikely to cause danger.

In any case, if you're concerned, discussing the matter with your doctor is probably a good way to resolve any questions.
