When I was quite young about 12 I guess, my Mom took me to Kinney's shoes. The man there measured my foot and said woah. We found Bigfoot. Size 12. Since then I have grown to size 14. Which is a smidge larger than what is normally accepted as womens size 15. I've tried LTS but they were not of great quality for the price and since they use mens shoe lasts they tend to be large and sloppy. I found a build your own shoe manufacturer that allows you to custom build your shoes to size 15. Not exactly cheap but they do have a 365 day return policy. Look up on google " design your own shoes?. It will be about the third vendor down. If you can't find what you need here. You don't need it. I hope this helps and as I go along I will understand the rules of the site a little better. I made a lovely pair of 2" sandals with custom colors. Deedee says I have great taste. Everyone needs a friend like Dee.

Great tip!  I used to thing "whoa is me" as I had to buy size 14 woman's shoes and most of what I found were 'stripper shoes'.  After some weight loss I can now wear size 13 and Payless Shoes has up to size 13 in some very cute and practical styles (flats too!).

Someone already mentioned it but Payless, but some places like zappos online also carry them. Hugs

You can find shoes up to size 15 at http://www.longtallsally.com/. In addition, they also have the taller sizes if you need them.

Thanks all for the shoe advice. Unfortunately Payless Shoes are too small. And I didn't like anything at Long tall Sally. This custom shoe designer will make any sort of shoe up to boots. Shoes of Prey is the name and the operate out of Nordstroms. As I said they are not cheap but they are of good quality. I am able to order shoes with any size heel I want and don't have to buy 5 inch heels which on me at 6'3" would be ridiculous anyway,

Hugs
Dawn

Before coming out I was "The girl with big feet". I am a 44 EU I believe, though sometimes I need to stretch all the way up to a 46. I think I'm US sizing that's an 11 or 12? Either way, I found Clarks in Britain good (Whenever I was there I would stock up) and certain other brands like Converse which are gender neutral that offer non-sneaker shoes. Also, there's Payless in the Americas which was always a haven for me since I have problems with my feet. They're your best bet, really.

Avenue also carries some styles in sizes up to women's 13.  Some of them seem to run larger or perhaps more forgiving, especially sandals.  I've gotten a few really cute pairs from their website.

Torrid has a LOT of their styles in sizes up to 13.

I have purchased shoes from Payless and Avenue. I buy a 13 wide in Women's size. I purchased a pair of purple heels from Shoebuy.com. They are pricey but their shoes are of good quality.

My new go to retailer is Onlymaker, yeah it's a Chinese company and takes about a month start to finish but they make each pair upon order. Tons of shoes all up to size 15 and customizable and very reasonably priced.

Hey. On a whim I went to Payless and lo and behold, they fit. I got a pair of nice black patent leather or a man made material substitute and a nice pair of brown low heals.  Thanks for all the suggestions.+++

I get most everything online. Even payless online they will have more than the stores stock.
I found up to size 17 on amazon most sizes can get 2 day delivery and returning is sooo easy.
Just print a slip put in box. ups picks up next day. usually refund is issued the following day.
I have to return a pair on monday.
