Going to the gym and looking like neither gender or a bit of both

So I'm a regular gym goer and I will keep going as long as I can but it's a bit awkward. I don't pass yet without serious effort but the mail is quickly approaching. Changing in the men's change room is awkward now because my face looks somewhat feminine and I gotta tell you. I must have won the genetic lottery because after only 11 weeks HRT the girls are definitely there and well defined. So much so I can't run without a sport bra anymore.  ;D
I am very attached to them literally and figuratively so not sure what to do. I know people look at me in the change room. I only got one comment which wasn't really negative but it hit me. As I was stepping out of the shower this guy looks at me, makes a surprised face as asks "OMG are you sure you are in the right change room?"

Dunno what to do. I prefer running anyway instead of the gym but when the weather is bad I have to go or I become very unstable  :P

Does anyone know a gym in Ontario with neutral change rooms?

Thx

I don't know for sure about your city but I'm in Alberta and the city rec centres in my city all have gender neutral change rooms (for families, persons with disabilities and trans folk to use) as well as gendered ones. In the older rec centres they aren't very nice but in the newer ones they are nicer than the gendered ones.

Would it be possible for you to change at home? That might be an easier option.

Easy options, sort of.  ;-)
- change in a stall
- Change in a shower cubby
- Put on your DILLIGAF face and just let things hang out. ;-)

I'm undeniably male (yet MTF), and I've got plenty of chest. Stopped wearing a sports bra daily, though, because I came to hate it (too large a rib cage, makes breathing tough.)
On the other hand, I don't run. ;-)

But let's just say, bench press is "interesting", and an upright row can be...  PAINFUL when you tweak a nipple! (And I'm not on hormones, so whatever caused THAT is all natural...) (Started with HRT, now about a 46B, trying to make it more of a 40??, and then get back to HRT - but no HRT for years now.)
