Just think...pregnant women get levels as high as 75,000 pg/ml and aren't dying left and right. Their risks of having a blood clot is less than 0.2%. Breast cancer incidence has been inversely associated with pregnancy.

Men with prostate cancer, aged 49-91, with levels up to 700 pg/ml, were found to not have any cardiovascular complications or thrombosis from estradiol treatment given non-orally.

Food for thought...
I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience

I take spiro + estradiol orally twice per day. It's funny, but I actually look forward to taking each dose.

I take both my spiro and estradiol every 12 hours. Seems to make the most sense given neither of the 2 have a long enough half life to cover 24 hours alone.

Before I changed to do this the spiro was wearing off too quickly, so splitting it up solved the problem.

My Estradiol is an "odd" number per day, but I still take it Twice a day.
My Fantasy is having Two Men at once...

IM currently taking mine 3 times a day and my doctor plans to go back down to twice a day with higher doses as taking meds 4 times a day would be a nightmare alreadly thinking ill forget sometimes, havent yet but it could happen. my doctor claims my levels are within normal female range.  However it has taken quite some time before i got to the point where i am taking a lot. Mimic puberty often requires a much slower start but if your breasts grow to fast you will get strech marks on them.. mine sorta get them not not bad and im only 18 months in.. my doctor said breast growth should localize around 3 years up to five..
