Its been a lot of ups and downs...

what I have noticed...

my emotions are very high... and very low... bawling has commenced 3 times, though I caught it and said STOP

I feel different, I cant explain yet... just different

Im much more communicative, esp with my wife... I held her while sleeping for the first time in what seems like years

today I noticed that I move differently... with a bit of ease. I dance for excercise and I noticed today that I am very loose and free, more than I have been in the past

sorry I cannot report big boobs or complete loss of facial hair... but I just wanted to say what I notice

Congratulations  :)

You could try to spread your dose a bit throughout the day ... it could help keep levels more steady, and help with a more steady mood.

Thanks Laura, its a pretty small pill but thats a good idea
Tomorrow I plan on adding Spiro... should I do that morning noon or night? Can I split that up as well?

I personally would split it up a bit. Some people are sensible and are affected by the levels with mood.

Just talk it through with your doc .

LOL

With peeing and with eating its possible mental energy drops ... so it might be a normal phenomenon  :)

Quite a few MTF people have reported a loss in height, and a shrinking of one or two shoe sizes ...
so there might be something to it  :)

Adding Spiro may do something in a week or two.  After three weeks on Spiro I've gone from shaving daily to every other day.  Do with estradiol you may see changes sooner.

You might try to avoid soy milk while on hrt ... phytoestrogens compete with estrogen for estrogen receptors, making for a weaker effect.
Normal amounts from time to time should be ok but I'd avoid larger amounts.

Phytoestrogens are sometimes recommended for cis people. They can help ease some symptoms from high or low estrogen without meds. They boost a bit if estrogen is really low and lower a bit if estrogen is too high.
There are studies showing it helped a bit with menopausal symptoms in japanese women, for example.

I personally would use small amounts of linseed, and only from time to time. Too high amounts have grave side effects.

Soy traditionally is fermented, it still is in sauces. Unfermented it might lead to digestion issues.

I used it because I needed something and could not see a HRT visit on the horizon...

I drank 40 ounces a day... which was 2 glasses...

I dont think that was abusing it and it helped me in some way

Congrats!

It takes some adjusting. I still can't totally control my emotions on them. Just a few days ago I started bawling my eyes out and everybody kept asking me why I was crying. They didn't believe me when I said, "I don't know!"
