I've re-started estrogen and taken it for about a week and a half and my nipples have started to hurt. What does that mean?

Blossom that is a good sign and likely a sign that your growing. Especially early on in HRT and breast growth you will get that feeling. Mine still hurt often as they are growing larger. Congrats.
