So, I have been practicing with my STP for over a month now. And I have no problems going - but only if I drop my drawers down to my knees. Leaving my jeans up and pushing my undies down underneath, results in my whizzing all over myself.

Does anyone know of a solution for this?

I think it depends why you need to pull your pants that far down. Are you holding it the same in both instances? Are you going the same in both instances?

I don't come here anymore, so if you need to get in touch send an email: maxdoeswork AT protonmail.com

Same one hand hold in both instances, it's just that with the pants up, I can't seem to get the same seal. And I can't figure out why. Like the angle has changed or something? I don't know.

What STP are you using?
Unfortunately a lot of STP's point down at an angle that makes them nearly impossible to use without dropping your drawers.
You could try using it with either just your underwear or jeans on to figure out which one is throwing off the seal. I've also often found briefs and some boxers work better using the STP through the fly or through a leg hole rather then going over the top.
Good luck and drink lots of water!

Some possible thoughts (partly depending on the type of STP you're using):
1) If your legs are being forced closer together from your pants, it may make the STP "buckle" enough to be problematic
2) If the pants' crotch is putting pressure on the underside of the STP it may shift the seal a little
3) If the STP is being forced in an "uphill" position too much due to the fly or crotch being too high

STPs are notorious for being finicky.

What STP are you using? That might help us have more specific ideas. I'm assuming you have tried having the pants down at different amounts. I often have to have the button and zipper open then pull the front down about an inch (my fantastic gluteus maximus aids in keeping things from going all the way :D).

I use the model D in a slingshot harness. Overall, I'm pretty happy with it apart from the fact that I think it sits unnaturally low, especially in comparison to my normal packer.

I didn't realise that this was a common problem with STPs, thanks for the responses guys. I'll keep working on it. :)
