I am not sure if I understand your question.

Are you asking If you are asking who is the best Thai surgeon for Sigmoid Colon SRS?

Sigmoid Colon SRS is not popular now. It is an older technique. It is not talked about much now.

The most popular SRS surgeons for western people are probably Dr Suporn and Dr Chettawut. I think that other surgeons might be more popular among other groups of people, but I am not sure.

Dr Suporn will not do colon SRS.

Dr Chettawut does do colon SRS if you ask for it. Most people ask for non-colon technique.

I had that surgery and it was not bad. You get the added benefit if all goes well of lubrication but another added benefit I found was your able to accommodate larger sizes easier too. I had it as a second stage so I could tell the difference between the two
