Where would I go to fill out a more complete profile.  I noticed some have age, gender ect. and for the life of me I can't see as to where I can complete that part of my profile?

I'm sure it's in plan site but I'm at a loss.

You need 15 posts for that. Read the 6 links that were given to you after your first post and you'll learn that and a lot of other useful things.
