I was sitting in my hospital room today and a nurse came in and told me I looked pretty today. This visit to the hospital started out terribly , but has turned into a very beautiful experience. Not only for the first time being iin the hospital has everyone called me by my proper name and gender , but the icing on the cake with a nurse calling me pretty

Wonderful to hear and I know exactly the angst you were feeling. Not too long ago I landed in the ER with an injury 'down there' and I got past triage okay, but knew I was going to have to tell the ER Dr what was really going on.  All in all my anxiety was for nothing.  Everyone was beyond wonderful.  So I know how you feel and if you have to return (heaven forbid) you know it will be a piece of cake. I hope you get to feeling better and are fully recovered.
