So I was reading up on various surgical techniques today, looking for one that provides a discreet entrance to the vagina without leaving a gaping hole an I was wondering if any of the other ladies here could offer advice on a surgeon or technique which results in a natural looking posterior fourchette.  I've attached a picture in case you're not sure what i'm talking about. I am trying to avoid the outcome of a gaping hole at the  entrance to my future vagina.

I believe posterior commissure (forchette) anterior commissure are fairly standard revisions with Dr Suporn.

I only know of one set of photo's, look for Cindy Sins on realself.

It seems to be difficult to create delicate structures around the vagina from the beginning.
Surgeons like suporn and chett therefore have a longer healing time with revisions.
Other surgeons like meltzer right from the start have a two stage procedure, with the second stage months after the first.
There are surgeons who offer revisons after a few months.
It might be talked through with the first surgeon if it might be necessary to have material positioned for a second procedure.

You could look up results from mia fever, she went to brassard and possibly had a revision.
There are results from brassard where there is a somewhat delicate look around the lower part from the beginning.

All of this, the hole appearance also, is within natural variation.
You can look up wall of vaginas, there is a huge variance.

Thanks for your thoughts girls. Good point about building such a delicate structure in initial surgery and the revision offer. I wonder if all of the top surgeons offer such revisions. I imagine it could be a problem with post surgery packing and dilating.

Suporn won't do these revisions for at least a year after SRS.

I've heard some of the big names don't like or won't do revisions. I'm not sure the truth of it, but its worth looking into if its of interest.

Imo many do revisions. Many are asked from clients of other surgeons if they can do a revision.

Basically many surgeons are mostly doing a one stage surgery. Some surgeons offer a refined labiaplasty as revision later.

It should be talked through with the surgeon imo. So they are aware a revision might be desired.
They should be able to advise.
For example if its necessary to position extra material, or if a later revision might diminish sensitivity somewhat.

As said many people are happy with the outcome of the first surgery. And its within variation.
But of course there are really good results from a second stage too.

Yes the waiting time is until the dilation process is not as rigid. With other surgeons it might be less, possibly 4 to 6 months. According to others meltzer does it in that time spans.

We are talking about two different things here.
Some surgeons rarely want to do revisions on own clients because it would be within kind of warranty (which I think is not ok... sometimes things happen).

A planned second stage or revision labiaplasty is akin to a revision from other surgeons, which many surgeons offer.
Questions might center around realistically to expected outcomes and influences on sensitivity.

My result my look like you want it. It is still a bit swollen because I had my last revision a few weeks ago. My surgeon has always the two step approach. But I needed a three steps to achieve the look I like.

PM me, maybe we can exchange email  addresses.

You would need to PM the OP, they have 10 postings. Only after 15 postings sending of PM is possible.
