Higher prices for patients from rich countries?

I was wondering if someone was from Switzerland or the U.S. for instance, clinics (in Thailand in particular) might quote higher prices as opposed to giving you regular prices for someone from India or Jamaica?

SRS prices are often published online and talked about, but Breast Augmentation and Tracheal Shave could be manipulated. Maybe I'm just paranoid but when I sent inquiry through clinic's website, they typically ask your nationality.
