Sell things here

Hello! I would like to know if I can sell things here. If yes, I will post the pictures here, which are some ftm products. My friend bought them recently but decided not to use them. Then I asked him to give me those products so that I can sell them online and avoid wasting. Please tell me if I can do it here or suggest another method.

Ebay, or look into giveaways. there will probably be some trans charities that will accept them for donations if they're in good condition
