I want to share the happy news I finally found a doctor in my area that would take me as a new patient I used to try and do H R T on my own But not any more The doctor is a women and very understanding So this month she gave me a prescription for Estradiol  tabs
So I wanted to share it with you she also but me on a food plan for what to eat and what not to eat we set a realistic goal on taking off some pounds lol
