Is there anyone on here that is on hrt but is not going to socially present as female.. It's something that I am considering doing but I'm not sure if I can hide the changes especially breast growth.. Just curious if others have done this.. And there experience with it

I've been on HRT while presenting as male for nearly 7 years now. Even with my very full A to B cup, provided you dress around the girls, no one can tell unless they already know and are looking for 'Signs'. Like a wife for instance.

Thanks to being a former fatty and other body issues I've always worn loose to baggy clothes (in male mode). So no wardrobe change for me.

My body looks a lot more feminine and strangers are quick to use feminine pronouns around me even though I am still presenting as male.  Even when I strip to nearly the bare minimum...

Friends and family have known me as male during my entire life, and I haven't revealed myself to them yet.  They see what they want to see and I haven't been called out just yet.

Erm, my chest is showing through t-shirts.  It's pretty obvious and I cannot hide it anymore.  Nobody still says anything.  I think they just assume it's muscles even though I am very skinny.

In summary: You can get away with whichever way you want to present.  If you want to take HRT and present as male, it's going to work even if you look more feminine.

I agree with everyone above.  What I've found is two things,
One - people are not very observant.
Two - people, generally, don't care.  I'm out to +20 people, only three or four said anything beyond, wow, I'm surprised, I support you.

But if you start showing feminine personality, that they will notice. IMO
