Did you say you use T or not? Yes, a cock ring can be good to maintain an erection. If you are careful it is perfectly safe.
No T (Testosterone) for me since I started back when I was 21 years old. I thought it was a little strange to first use AA then later on have to take T for whatever needs might be present. I did visit doctor John Odea and he did mention that some girls come back and ask for T pellets because they needed help with energy and losing weight. Not sure if libido was mentioned. I still haven't used any Testosterone since starting though I have struggled here and there with strength, but I was never particularly strong at all. I've been doing martial arts for about 6 years now and I feel the same though people say I kick strong. I can't do proper push ups, but I'm not worried about that anyway!
I've been thinking more on the topic ever since starting it and probably having plenty of extra time and watching things that turn you on will probably 'help' with maintenance. That or having a partner. I have none

! Like they say use it or lose it so maintenance is probably important if you don't consider SRS. I don't.
And yes AA do a number on your libido, but I was more concerned about the side effects of AA like the diuretic Spironolactone and cyproterone acetate and it's liver effects. Also depo provera injection and mental effects. So I stopped them all after some months of use. Years later when I went to John Odea and they did blood work I was only using injectable estradiol and eventually got the estrogen pellets for a few months and my Testosterone came back around 10 ng/dl or so. So there was really no reason to ever use the AA since the use external steroids affect the Hypothalamic–pituitary–gonadal axis which is what sends LH and FSH into the blood and what makes the testis produce testosterone and sperm. anyway no lh and fsh = no t production. my left over the T probably from the adrenals and other organs? that make a tiny bit of T naturally.
I do use dutasteride just because I want as much help as I can to combat the effects of DHT on the hair follicles in the male pattern hair and I think it has done a great job. DHT is like 10 times more potent on the receptor thaN T from what I read... and hair is important so I just use this.
