uhhhhhhh so frustrating... when I lived in Indiana I found my doctor right off the bat.  He was a doctor that saw only trans gendered patients and he could see you from everything from the common cold to getting your HRT providing you have a letter from your counselor.

Moved to Harrisburg, PA and only one I could find is an actual endocrinologist which makes the fees go up higher and then I just don't like her.  She don't seem as knowledgeable as my last doctor... any recommendations from around Harrisburg area?  I don't care if around Harrisburg.. York, Lancaster, Gettysburg, Mechanicsburg, where ever...
