You can use mIRC to connect, although if you look to the top of the page you should see a bar with

Kiwiirc is a free online IRC client you can use on any device, including most phones.

https://kiwiirc.com/ -> Enter your nick, type in [hashtag]chat (the main chat channel) , set server to susans.org and leave port on the default (should be 6667)
