Ok so Im a bit top heavy for a guy. Broad shoulders, muscular at that, though my arms arent so big, I have solid abs and back, but Im altering my weight lifting training now to focus more on my legs.
I was wondering if it would be possible to build up my legs and butt so I look a bit bigger around the hips and train less on my upper body so I dont look as traditionally 'macho' build. Anyone done this? Did it work for you?
