I know it's normal obviously for breasts to get sore when they are developing and you get the round buds underneath, but is it normal for only one side to develop a bud and not the other. Both of mine are extremely sore but only my left has a lump underneath the nipple. Am I worrying over nothing?

It was normal for me. Three month in and for my age I think I've been pretty lucky with the growth but when they first began to grow one side definitely started before the other. It's often uneven. Mine still are but as they grow it becomes more even and less noticeable.

Mine are growing lopsided and only one got a lump that went away after about 5 months.

Yes! I still have uneven breasts after being on hormones since I was 15. One is almost a half cup bigger. Most cis women have a small size difference in breasts, and we are no different in that regard! :p

Great thanks for putting my mind at ease. I knew there is normally a size difference just got a lil worried when one seemed lacking with out the bud

I'm about 1 1/2 months on E & Spiro (minimal doses) and my left has a bud and is really sore. I can see the small cone! The right is puffy, doesn't have a bud, and not quite as sore.

Anyone else wakeup during the night because of sensitivity when rolling over?

Yes, ha ha. The sensitivity is there 24/7, unfortunately. It looks like we'll have it for a few years whilst they are growing.

Not sure about only one bud situation, but it's normal for one breast to grow faster than the other, which will eventually even out somewhat along the way like it did with mines.
My life doesn't exist in this lifetime.
