Is getting a Hysterectomy important?

I was watching a YouTube video today and a person mentioned getting a hysterectomy five years after T for safety reasons. what was mentioned in the video actually really helped me but that being said it also kind of scared me because i don't have the cash.
And i don't know where i'll be five years into T or if i'll have the money to get that done!
and if i don't have the money then it's to dangerous in my eyes. It upsets me because i really want T and i really want things to change but i don't want to to risk my life either so i'd like to get a couple opinions on this and see what different people think and why.
I know this is probably a uncomfortable subject for some people and i apologies if it is.

There are two sides to this story. One is that T can cause serious issues with the female reproductive system. Others will have to explain this in more detail because I only know parts of the argument. The other side is I know a female who was place on T at age 15 for 40 years suffering no ill effects from it. I suspect the truth may lay somewhere in-between but this would be best discussed with your doctor so you are aware of any risks.

It has some health benefits (if you read the wiki) and it may also be a good idea so as not to get ovarian cancer. I heard that it can be one of the side effects of taking T; but the likelihood of this occurring is murky at best. As long as you have regular blood tests when starting T there's nothing to worry about

I heard some guys experience severe cramping after going on T because of atrophy in the reproductive system.  I have no idea how common this is but would really like to know.

No, no, no. That is a misconception and it makes me angry every time I hear it. There is no data one way or the other that suggests that T leads to any kind of issue that would necessitate a hysterectomy. Most guys experience some atrophy of those internal organs that would be removed in a hysterectomy. But that typically isn't something that you would feel or even know about unless there were other issues.

But anyway, no. I know quite a few guys who have been on T for years with no hysterectomy. Some people get one because shark week reappears on occasion. Some people just don't like knowing that stuff is there. Some people get one because it's required for other bottom surgery procedures. If it isn't bothering you and you don't have a need to get it out, then there is no issue with it all staying in. One thing to be mindful of is that you would need to continue having regular gynecological exams if you didn't have one. Some guys see a lot of benefit in getting one strictly for that reason.

I have not had a hysto and have been on T for over two years. The only thing I have experienced is some minor cramping every now and then but nothing major. I haven't had a period since and no spotting either. My blood work has been fine when I get it checked out.
