Is it okay if I'm binding in a Ace Bandage?

I've heard it's really bad, but I've heard some people use it to and they've done it for awhile.

Short answer: no.

It doesn't have enough give to allow you to breathe enough, and if it is too tight it can break ribs.

Especially if you are still growing, binding improperly can cause your bones to grow weirdly, I can tell you because my ribs have grown to the shape of my binder (since I started binding stupidly when I was younger).

Buy a properly sized binder from a company like GC2B or Underworks, or bind with sports bras until then, unless you want to serious risk your health and badly damage your bones and chest tissue. It's really not worth it.

No for all the reasons Meowt mentioned. Depending on how big you are, you may have luck wearing 2 sports bras at once.
