I am almost afraid to ask you this question, but I must know. Does the orgasm feel the same as it did when you had female organs?

AJKIL

Mine doesn't. I have no internal spasms at all everything is concentrated on the clitoris that they've buried somewhere. It's two years since my first op and it's still hit and miss as to wether I find where they've put it. Sometimes the orgasms are as good as before but it definitely takes longer to get there- other times I have to really concentrate on what I'm feeling and it just seems to fizzle away

So you have had phalloplasty? May I ask who did your surgery?

Msg me if you want to Skype! I'm always down to talk, lend an ear or exchange resources.

May I ask why you chose Meta? Did they need your skin from your arm to do that?

Meta doesn't use any skin grafts.

That's good, but I don't want it that small. Are there any potential risks to having the skin graft removed from your arm?

The Gspot is left in place and can be reached anally.
This might be a source for stimulation in itself and there are tools for MAAB people which might also amplify pleasure and stimulation.
Aneros for example is a tool that could be looked up.
They are dependent on biological places which might be different for every person so different tools may give different feelings, since they are differently shaped. Imo its a matter of trying out.

They don't use any skin.

Phalloplasty wasn't even a consideration for me.  Maybe for a moment, only.

Reasons for meta:

1) I wanted to work with the genitals I have.  It is the most natural to me.

2) I want a natural erection.

3) I don't want a 5-6 inch long flaccid penis in my pants for the rest of my life.  It seems cumbersome to me.

4) I like the look of the meta, better than the phallo.

As an aside, more people can have penetrative vaginal sex with meta than people think, especially if you pump.  The g-spot inside a woman it 1.5 inches (or something like that).  My partner can orgasm (very quickly), without me pumping and I am 2 inches long, but admittedly very girthy.  I have yet to pump due to it still being painful, but it will be harder and bigger when I do (I pumped prior to meta, so I know how it goes).  It can only be better.

I have not heard anecdotal evidence about anal sex, but some have suggested it won't be hard enough to push through the tighter anus.  This does make sense to me.  Just a FYI.

I am happy to answer any other questions you have.
