Progress!

So I couldn't afford voice therapy and had to go it alone based on some stuff on the net and on these forums. After almost a year and a half I think I'm finally where I need to be. Today was a great day though. Hopefully it's still just as good tomorrow.

First got called ma'am at a fast food drive through where they couldn't see my face. Score!

Then I noticed the pitch of my boss' voice shift up when he was speaking to me on the phone. Score!

Finally I had a maintenance guy call me on the phone and instead of asking for Emily on the phone, he just identified himself and kept going. His pitch was also the friendly kind too, so I'm pretty sure that was a third gender female on what amounts to a phone today. Score!
