Hello ladies in forum, while I'm new to this forum, I'm not to either gender dysphoria or Susan's place. I attempted to transition years ago and unfortunately got caught in a spiral of economic disaster, one after another situation and had to put it off, and off, thru cancelled insurances to failed attempts to go to school to earn enough money to afford the spiro and estradiol and other things, besides attempting to strike on my own. I started noticing how time has change the US has become more tran accepting and this, along with other circumstances made me decide that no matter what I'm going to finally transition, no matter what. It's been many hellish years being stuck as a gender that doesn't match who I really am. I'm going to speak to a someone from Codac here in Tucson, (Codac is a mental health hospital with a lgbtq-friendly program, "Living Outloud", which offers among other things help for individuals with gender dysphoria ) So for the first time ever, the outlook on my life is positive. XX00.

Karen!

Roses and Songs

Hello beautiful lady. I'm new to this site too but I transitioned six years ago. I had it much much easier than you so I wish you the best of luck and may you find inner peace and happiness as I found it a while ago. Love, Rose.

Welcome, K_babyDoll,

I hope you feel a level of success this time around!

The media seem more trans accepting. I'd be curious to hear if plain ol' folks are also more accepting.

All the best!
