I'm not a medical professional, but I would strongly advise against doing hysto with either meta or phallo at the same time. Hysto was required to be done prior to my phallo, and I can't imagine having had them both at the same time. I had my hysto laparoscopically, which is much less invasive, but I still needed a concentrated recovery time (about a month) that I'm grateful I had separate from my upcoming RFF phallo. I just wouldn't put any more on the body at once during phalloplasty than necessary, in my opinion. And, at least for me, hysto wasn't as easy or painless as I thought lol. I don't want to get into unnecessary detail, but for anyone who's had hysto, I think you'll understand why. I'd be interested in hearing the opinions/testimonies of others who've had it separate or together.
Also, I had my hysto done with my gender marker changed to M with DMV and Social Security, but still F with insurance, which covered it without issue.
