Forty-six years ago today, 18 year old Miss Dee walked down the aisle of the chapel at Naval Air Station Cecil Field to marry a 20 year old sailor...me.  She knew something I had NEVER shared with anyone else. The fact that I am transgender.  It still amazes me an 18 year old in 1970 could accept that fact and still marry me.  It amazes me more and more every day that she is encouraging my current transition, considering it just another adventure in our lives.  I love you Deb and thank you!

Some people believe that marriage is forever. A few can actually live it. Good for you both!

(I give much credit to her, FWIW) ;)
