Well hello, my name is jessica. My friends call me jess. I am a 33y/o who has been trans for most of her conscious existence. This site and all of its amazing members have helped me get to this point in my life. I just recently started counseling to begin HRT. I am so excited!

jessicadee,

Welcome to the site. It is really supportive and we have many members. They come from all over, different ages and all over the trans spectrum. Many good resources.

I also wanted to pass along some links we try to get to newly posting members. It is mostly welcome info and the rules of the site. Please take a look at them if you have not already:

Things that you should read

Once again, welcome to Susan's. I hope you find what you need here.

With warmth,

Roses and Songs

Hello Jessica, I'm kinda new to the site too but I feel the same way as you do. Here I can describe how I feel or say or ask anything trans related... and EVERYBODY understands, first try! I just love this place. So welcome, good luck with the counseling and with all your hopes and dreams and may life bring you the best of the best. Take care, Rose.

Thank you Rose! I am so happy to have a place to let out my emotions with people who understand. I am just bursting with excitement! Then again, I know there will be some twists and pitfall that I will have to contend with along this road.

Roses and Songs

Oh yes my dear, all roads have bumps and turns but as a great ma... I mean woman once said: the only way to fail is to quit! Cheers, Rose.

Modified: Ha ha ha, I just realized, is this a boring reply or what! I love quotes, it's just that I should keep them to myself. I can't believe I wrote this, I guess I'll have to work on my reply skills... (although it makes for a good laugh)

This is a pretty great place indeed.  I haven't been able to ever talk about this part of me openly with anyone.  Here I am chatting and discussing with like minded people....that are fabulously great!

Hello, Jessica!  Welcome to what I think might be the best 24 hour floating support group for us in the world.  (Susan done good!)
Earth my body, water my blood, air my breath and fire my spirit.

My personal transition path included medical changes.  The path others take may require no medical intervention, or different care.  We each find our own path. I provide these dates for the curious.
