Went into town on the ferry today and attended the Pride Parade, my first time. I'm going to say, I was impressed with the amount of schools that had a contingent marching. The rain held off until near the end, so we had a good day in the city.

yesterday I went to my first event in Saskatoon it was awesome and very friendly I had a wonderful time we walked in the parade and I got the chance to meet some of the community  I plan to go to more such events

Two weeks for Seattle. There has been a trans pride fest in recent years (a week before pride), not sure if it's going on.

I am normally completely out of the loop on these things...but this year it's different.  >:(
...I think for most of us it is a futile effort to try and put this genie back in the bottle once she has tasted freedom...

It looks like it was fun - I wish I could have made it there.  I hope to get to the Providence pride this weekend.
