Listening to the voice samples, I think yes, you can benefit from a VFS. Mainly because your feminized voice sounds to me controlled and "dampened down", like you are deliberately softening itto make it sound feminine. With VFS you can have more "twang" to the voice and sound sharper and louder again, if it works well. It will take a while though.
Regarding sports, I just know of 2 people who reported on this, one is Jenny who was doing running and she said its not an issue, the other did martial arts and said it was no issue, however some of the singers have reported that pulling in air while singing is a bit harder and takes a fraction longer, so when singing professionally, this could for some be an issue. However I think the opening of the vocal folds is not different pst OP from many female throats and so the only issue might be to get adapted to some different feeling, but you will not pass out when doing sports because of that 😉
