Painful Injection

I went to the hospital last Sunday morning and got an injection in my butt. It wasn't a T shot but it was still intramuscular. The nurse put the needle a little lower than she's supposed to. Going in didn't hurt, but when she was injecting, it hurt a lot more than the last time I had that injection (someone else did it). I thought nothing of it, but a day or two later I noticed my butt was numb in the area of the injection. I could feel, but it was numb. A little after that I noticed I occasionally felt slight pain there too (only when I pressed on the area or something), even though it was still numb. It's now Saturday evening, the numbness is gone, but the pain's increased. It's not extremely painful or anything but it's still painful, and I feel it when I jump or when I'm running or walking quickly. It might sound weird to say but if I hold it while doing that, it doesn't hurt or it hurts less, so it has to do with my butt jiggling.

Has anyone experienced this, or does anyone know what's going on? Thanks.
