Today marks one year on HRT. Physically  I have noticed I no longer need a belt to hold up my pants, I am 5 pounds lighter than when I started I still wear a size 12  and the same pants are much tighter in the hips and seat. My waist has gone from 42 inches to 38  breasts are between A and B I can find bras that fit now. I have had some regrowth to my hairline as well.  Those are some of the physical changes
Emotionally I am more open and out going and days that I am happy out number the bad ones.I have always been very empathetic and even that has increased.
Socially I am treated like a women every where I go, both the good and the bad. It's disconcerting the first few times when some guy checks you out from head to toe, even more so when its a co-worker you have known for years. Other women talk to me about some very intimate things about their boyfriends and such.
There have been some hard things to deal with as well, I've lost some people along the way some who were very supportive early on. My spouse and I are splitting up we both still care for each other its just in a different way now. We are going to sell our house and live apart which I admit hurts. It was never about sex it always felt awkward to me, I will miss the companionship greatly though.
