Transgender people can now serve openly in the military and those currently serving will be eligible for transitional health care.  I am crying in happiness for my younger siblings who are serving.  Hooyah!

Yes we are finally stepping in the right direction. I got free speech therapy sessions from the VA and there is talks about giving us the option for SRS at free or little cost to us.
