Trans workout club BRO?? ABSolutely!!

See what I did there? ABSolutely!! HAHA! Sometimes I slay myself!

Posted this on the main feed posting it on FTM feed in case you guys don't look there for whatever reason.

Ok so I mentioned this before on a thread and I don't think it was seen much. This is something I would like to do for a lot of reasons. MTF or FTM doesnt matter at all, the more the merrier. It also doesn't matter where in the world you are because its an app.

Reasons:

We are humans and need to workout
Accountability!!!
No Judgement and no Pressure
It's easier and more fun when you have people to encourage you

Why this app:
Super easy to use it tracks everything, what you did, how long you did it, your measurements, including your progress for how much your lifting vs before, running or whatever!!
You can choose which workouts you want to download or make your own
You go along as you do it, put in how many reps or how long you did something for and WALA! or put it in later.
YOU CAN KEEP TRACK FOR MONTHS and it has a 2 week body part breakdown for you to see on a graph
If you can't get to a gym they have at home or body weight workouts
There's a Facebook like feed to it so communication looks to be a breeze

Brace yourselves......The app is called.....JEFIT..........its free, download, poke around see if you'd like it, it give it a try, you can add friends with the JEFIT username, facebook or whatever.

If you like it and wanna do it let me know, message me, I'll coordinate by giving you my username so you can find me and ask if I can give yours out so others (verified from susans only and just let me know if you have a block list and I'll cross check) can friend you too and WALA we will have a trans workout club, that just maybe international, multieverything and ABSolutely awesome.

-this may be partially selfish because I started Mr T yesterday and want to show off progress pictures (they won't be great cause I'm a big boy..well...yeah.... HAHA slayed myself again). Seriously some encouragement, body positive friends would be nice, I always reciprocate :P (I did it again). How often do you see trans people at the gym? probably not often, this club would be for positive mindset, getting past locker room or bathroom issues and getting to work. If there isn't a unisex/family bathroom at your gym (YMCA's usually have them) leave your stuff in the car and just bring a car key is my advice if your not comfortable with whatever gendered locker room.   

Seriously doesn't matter if your on hormones, what your regular routine is, start connecting while you do it, how you identify or anything. Lets do this BROTHERS AND SISTERS, RISE UP AND LETS BE HEALTHY TOGETHER!!

This sounds super cool and I'll definitely look into it when I get back home from work (2-3 weeks). Right now I'm at my parents house and all I have are dumb bells but have absolutely no motivation. I think it would be a good resource when people need encouragement or need some work out tips. Thanks!

That's the perk Raptor....they have downloadable at home dumbell workouts too.... and this just may give you the motivation...
