California Initiative petitions

I'm prone to knight's-move thinking.  One of the articles in NEWS reminded me of the end-timers here in California who are claiming the Governator has made California schools into indoctrination centers for the Homosexual Agenda, and that they would be circulating PETITIONS to qualify voter referenda to put things back right.

That led me to recall KnowThyNeighbor.org 🔗 [Link: knowthyneighbor.org], who in Massachusetts published the names and addresses of signatories to the Defense of Marriage ballot initiative petition, which led members of the LGBT community to open dialogs with those neighbors who had signed the petition 🔗 [Link: knowthyneighbor.org/thelist.php/], and also uncovered fraud in the signature collection process 🔗 [Link: knowthyneighbor.org/fraud.html/]. 

That led me to try to find out how to get the names and addresses of the signatories of the petition that's circulating 🔗 [Link: sos.ca.gov/executive/pdf/sos_​pra_​guidelines.pdf/], (and find out if it's provided in electronic format,) so I could submit that to KnowThyNeighbor, and encourage others to start tense-but-meaningful dialogs with their neighbors and coworkers.
