HRT in Berlin, Germany?

Hi all/Liebe Leute,

Does anyone have any advice/info they can share regarding getting HRT in beautiful Berlin, Deutschland? I recently moved here from the UK and was fine with maintaining everything myself with some help from my GP back there. However, I know that that's not the case over here. Would appreciate any information or contacts anyone might have - feeling a bit desperate at the moment  . If it makes any difference I'm full-time employed and am enrolled in the state health insurance here. Leider mein Deutsch ist nicht so gut im moment aber ich lerne. Vielen dank!
