Yes... Jessica Rabbit! always dreamed of being her when I was very young... when the GID started...

She's so elegant, beautiful, and classy... especially since she sings and make rabbits blush! 

But in my teens I always played the Kitana character in Mortal Kombat. I always picked her, since was a girl and cool:

I know, Zangief is more of a videogame character now but he was in his own cartoon in the early 90s and in Wreck-It-Ralph. Hope that counts. In any case, he is definitely someone I want to look like compared to how I look right now. I have always wanted to look this way since childhood. Maybe not nearly as massive, but close enough. I used to trace his body from the T.V. screen on Street Fighter 2 back in the day for the Super NES and imagine that he had my head on top. I still have that desire for those hard rock muscles and broad male features. *Sigh.*
