Hi

I would like some advise, as I have seen some jeans I like and being pre op there is the bulge issue, any suggestion which can give me that nice shape in that area.

Ah.... now this has come up before and a very good friend of mine who runs the WIKI side of things has worked hard to provide very good info on this.

Try this https://www.susans.org/wiki/Tucking_and_Taping#Tuck

For jeans, I have found a shaper like http://www.leggs.com/landing.asp?colid=29 tends to work well with hiding any bulges.  In fact, I don't even need to tuck when wearing it.

Like Melissa I sometimes wear a body shaper thingy too.
When I want to look my best, wearing a skirt or dress, I'll get out the girdle but it is more restrictive.
I also have some body shaping panties that are light weigh and work well. The ones I have are like these http://www.herroom.com/proddet.cfm?ref=yaher&StyleNumber=Rago01-914

what Jaycie does is buys panties one size too small, tucks, then wears 2 pairs.... it keeps her in place fairly well :)

I also use one of those body shaper things.  Also used to have a gaff, until it was swiped one night.  Now if I do not want to go with the shaper I just use a tight pair of panties and tight jeans.

For about $5, it's definitely worth it.  Much better than some gaffs I've seen (although I've never owned one).  The other thing I use if I'm wearing a skirt without pantyhose is I have an old pair (control top) that got a hole in the foot and just cut off the legs and that works too.
