I Have some big fears, can someone give me advice cuz im very new
Well i have the green light for starting HRT end of this year Tblockers then estrogen
Cuz i dont have much money, have to earn it and i dont have familly only my mother, i can only make it step by step by saving the money, so i hope after 2,5 years i will have the money for FFS, and next 2,5 years for SRS  i hope SUPORN will still be working cuz i will need a non penile tenique
Well i have 2 questions, if i put silicone implants before hrt, will my breast look after 2 years deformed???
i know many say wait, but since i have noit much money im 26y old wait my whole life, my body disforia is teriblle i need to make something to keep on waiting, and i have this chance now for breast surgery cuz i have the money....
Is someone here who has had made breasts before starting hrt?

If you have breast implants before HRT you run the risk of needing surgery later  to make things look correct. It's best to save your money and consider implants after 2-3 years of HRT. It's even possible that you may discover you don't need implants and the money saved could be applied toward SRS. The senior advisor of my therapy group had implants before much breast growth occurred and she required a second surgery to correct the issue.

If you continue to use your penis once or twice a week stretching the skin, there will be more material available of the surgeon to work with. Many people report they can do this even while on the blockers so it's something to consider.

Use breast forms. They also make medical adhesive if you don't want them to move or accidentally fall out. Breast forms can be worn for several days this way. They're easy to remove and clean, too.

We can agree, Dena, that one may find that they don't "need" implants.  Similarly, one doesn't "need" sex in order to survive, but... it's a helluva perk.

Tell you what:  find me one example where a trans-girl grew a full D cup on HRT alone. FYI, you must be normal scale weight for this:

If your BMI is less than 18.5, it falls within the underweight range.
If your BMI is 18.5 to <25, it falls within the normal.
If your BMI is 25.0 to <30, it falls within the overweight range.
If your BMI is 30.0 or higher, it falls within the obese range.

...and the reason I put normal weight as a rule is because obese women not even on HRT can fit into a large cup bra because they are obese.  Doesn't count and can be very misdleading.  Find me this example and I'll gladly admit I'm wrong, no problem!  Anyway, we could all use some help in the bewb department methinks~

There are several on the site in the D and DD range which was a shock to me. When I transitioned the story was nobody was ever larger than a B but one girl was a C without implants. As for me, my return to HRT has surprisingly finally pushed me into the B range, something I never expected to happen.

I have been on HRT for over 3 years and continue to grow. Presently I am still an A but full. I took into account future growth potential and will be having 450 cc implants in November at which time I will have been on HRT 3.5 years. I should be a full C. I agree in waiting to determine your growth and need.

How about beeing long on HRT???' Will the doctor still be able to make enough deep vagina??? One doctor in Germany wants his girls to be short time on hrt beacuase of the left material to be able to make a deep viagina, i think its the reason because of that

I believe Dr Suporn is about 56 years old, so it seems unlikely he'll retire anytime soon.
