First a little history:  never had hardly any testosterone levels to speak of ever.. but post op surgery (15+ years), and I still have non for sure.   However, this didn't stop my sex drive.. at all.

Now that I'm back on HRT after being off several years, my sex drive has gone through the roof.  An example, last night my labia, etc.  were swollen all night while I was trying to sleep.   While it wasn't unpleasurable, it sure made sleeping a bit more difficult.  Any other post-ops have this? About the only thing that helps is playing with myself, and then only resolved for a few minutes lol.

It'd probably help if I was more active sexually I'm sure.. but then I'm not convinced of this either, its like I'm stuck 'on' forever now.

I don't have a sex drive but then again I never did. I don't know if you are on progesterone but if you are, that can elevate your sex drive. When I was put on Provera, my sex drive and appetite both increased to the point that the doctor halved my dosage.

My sex drive post op is very high.

pre-op it was there, just no where near as high.

And playing around, some nights I could go all night
Yes! I'm single

I have over the past six months been in almost a constant mode of arousal. Discussed this with my surgeon, she said it might be the hood is not covering things properly. Asked for a picture, she came back and said it was perfect. Next went to a OBGYN, after an examination they said all was as it should be.

I can be sitting down, no movement and the sparks are flying without being triggered by what one would consider a trigger. When triggered normally things go through the roof.

Prior to six months ago triggers where the only thing that placed me in the mood and been hoping that things will go back to the way they were prior to the past six months.

Yup that's more or less what's 'wrong' with me.. sitting down, doing nothing, things are getting aroused... heaven forbid should I be on anything that vibrates (car seats, etc).  Its not a bad thing, really, but sometimes it can be a bit much.  And ya... if I decided to play, I can do so all night.
