I'm a 8-9 in UK size, and most stores stock size 8 - so that doesn't faze me.
Stores tend not to stock size 9 - so my foster-sister who is biologically female struggles.
My only issue is with women shoes they're typically pointed at the top and my feet are wide - so my heels I always have to get wide fit, aha! (but they're only wide at the toes - which makes it annoying because the rest of my feet are slim) I have short stubby toes aha!
I do have some dysphoria to it as in certain shoes my feet look really long, and masculine but I just remember that my mum(7.5) <- fits typically in 7's, and sister both have bigger feet also. So it's not that much but occasionally I do.

My thing is my height - I'm 5'10 1/2 - so basically 5'11 and I know once my transition is done and when I'm 'passable' /comfortable in my appearance (<- not a term I like to use but only way to properly put point across.) I want to wear heels in public and I mean 4"+ which makes me 6ft+
There's many tings I want to adjust about my body, but we have to be happy with ourselves - because with our gender dysphoria our self image is even worse than average - and cisgendered people struggle with it. So it's about self acceptance and knowing what you can change, and what you can't.
