My brother has adjusted well

My brother Adam has adjusted very well to the changes having a sister now.He is my twin brother and gave him time.When I told him that I was going to transition 12 years ago.It did hit him hard and we did not talk for 5 monthes.It was 6 monthes we started talking again and it was between us.Said he came to terms finally I always been this way and started supporting me after that.I still remember the day he finally called me Nicole for the first time.All he has of memories are photos when I was "Nathan" before my transition.We had our bond back together and loves me as his sister now.He does admit I am much happier and have a much better life now which is true.What helped him come to terms when we watched a documentary together about two brothers and one transitoned becoming a woman.He does know my favorite role model is,Kimberly Reed whom is a post op TS.

I have boy/girl twins who are in their mid 30's now, I cant imagine how that would have gone, nice to hear you are on the positive side of working it out

I still haven't told my sister, we are very close and only 2 years apart. She lives quite far away so we dont see each other much anymore. I'm getting close though to letting her know

It was Prodigal Sons we watched together.He is going to the wedding next month when my fiancé Kevin and I get married.Adam plans to speak out and has started on his speech.Does say I am like a normal female,love shoes and shopping

He is glad I have Kevin in my life.Knows Kevin supports my decision not to have the GRS.My ex husband was always forcing me to have the GRS telling him no.Adam was not too happy what my ex husband did to me and glad I stuck up for myself.
